WHEN HEATER FAN RUNS MORE THAN A FEW MINUTES SMELLS LIKE IT IS
BURNING

It could be that the heater motor is burning up, also there may be a slow speed resistor that is burning up. Really sounds like the blower motor, but others may know more.
