2000 mercury mountaineer replaced the Actuator but I get nothing i purchased the part from Ford. I also purchased one at Auto zone it does work . it is a automatic

replaced a actuator door module AC - the new one does nothing. I tried two  
new ones and nothing happens, when I move the temperature  up down, turn
the AC on and off
