I have a 2000 mercury cougar leaking transmission fluid

Every time I drive my car long enough to warm up when I stop there is a puddle of
transmission oil under in car I changed filter and change seal around dip stick still leaking
. I need help please

it may be coming from transmission cooler lines that go from transmission to the radiator
