Check alternator. Do get any kind of accessories when you the key on?
Basics are check for spark to the plugs and fuel to the engine. You say won't turn over, so I am guessing that by that, you mean the engine does not spin or do anything, or do you mean it spins but will not fire up and run? Those are 2 different things and could make a difference in what or how to track your problem.
