mercury sable 2001

My mercury sable 2001 just wont crank will turn
but wont crank. I had the ignition coil changed, fuel
pump, and the fuel filter. My theft sytem locked my
car and my mechanic is saying the only way i can
unlock it is to take it to the ford dealership. Can
any one help me reset it before i go threw with
taking it to the dealership? Please and thank you

If doing the disarm procedure listed in the owners manual doesn't work then he is right the next step is the dealer, and if te programming is corrupted it can range anywhere from 150 for a reflash, to as high as 500 bucks to get it operational again, so be prepared, sorry.
