Why can't I find a outlet bypass part with 1s7e-8548-CF on it?

I have a cracked bypass outlet on my 2002 Mercury Cougar V6 2.5L, and I can't for the life of me find a replacement for it anywhere on the internet or through Ford dealerships! It looks like the one in the attached image. HELP!
