Location of wiper relay for 02 mercury cougar v6

I do not have an owner's manual for this car and can't seem to find one
anywhere online. All i need to do is replace the relay. Please help!

when looking at the interior fuse panel there are 2 rows of fuses on the bottom, above them to the right are 2 rows of connectors, left is a row of relays and the fuse puller tool. the relays are from bottom to top, 1 ignition, 2 wipers, 3 heater blower, 4 rear window defroster, left of the defroster is a smaller courtesy lamp relay. on the bottom just below the puller is the ignition diode. I tried to get the pic of it but the webz isn't being friendly today.
