My emergency flashers and blinkers aren't working. Fuse and bulbs are good

I replaced the relay switch too.

By "relay switch" I assume you meant the plug in relay mounted under the dash panel. There may be 2 relays - one for the flashers and one for the emergency lights. Look for a second relay before going any further.
