Hear noise in front of vehicle, humming grinding noise as i make turns to right.

there is a kind of roar, may be tires.  but as i turn the wheel as i drive to the right the noise
become louder.  it then quiets down as I straighten the wheel

I had the same noise in my Mountaineer, had to replace both front bearing assemblies before the noise went away.
