Why does my battery Light stays on after replacing battery and alternator?

1. Liftgate light is on and it closed.
2. Battery Light stays on and I have a new working battery and new working
alternator.

Lift gate light is most likely the switch in the door. The charge light could be a computer problem as the charging system is so computer controlled so you will need a shop that knows how to check the system properly.
