2019 Jeep Cherokee Radio

I am on my second radio since I got this Jeep on March 19, 2018.  The original one was "possessed" it would switch stations on its own, go from XM to FM to AM, turn my AC on in the dead of winter, and just run through any option on the screen.  I was unable to stop it by touching the screen. Anyone else??  I had the radio replaced last Tuesday (because that is the only solution they could come up with) and this morning I get in it and the new radio does the exact same thing.

I would be wearing out the warranty. Keep records of how many times you take it back for repair. At some point, you may have grounds for a new Jeep under the lemon law if the dealer is unable to fix it correctly. May want to try a different dealer for service.

Practicality has been progressively tossed aside by Dodge and many others. This Is why we own XJ's. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
