Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Everytime I try to start my car the red theft signal and also I yellow color circular signal comes up on my dashboard.  I have to turn the key back and forth and then after several or more times (after the signal go away) then it starts.  The other things is a have gotten a reading that says "Low pressure" after getting this signal my car has actually slowed down and stopped - it seemed as if the gas pedal and everything else just locked up.  I turned it off  and cut it back on and then it started. My car is paid for, has only 69,000 miles. I am wondering if it is worth repairing or just giving up on it.

Oh boy, low pressure means you have low oil pressure. How is the oil level? Since you said the car has slowed and stopped, my guess is your motor could be ready for replacement becuase you have been driving with low or no oil and or pressure. I hope I'm wrong though. The anti-theft issue might be your keys just need to be reprogrammed. Have a mechanic check it out for you and get a free quote on repair and then you can determine if you want to spend the money. Good Luck!
