Where is the brain located on a 1992 mozda 929?

Warning lights won't stay on and car keeps
dying. I think the brain is going out. I have
put as new alternator and battery on it and
still having problems.

Sounds more like you have a major voltage issue, have you checked all of the power and grounds? This rig has a bunch of them, I would suggest you get a shop manual that shows the location of the connections, both power and ground, it will save you hours in tracking down the circuits. This rig also has check relays, and if they don't get the proper voltage they won't work right either.
