Pull the panel , the regulator probably uses a cable , you just replace the whole thing , I think the window switch pops out and there's a screw there , Also on the end of the door there may be screw behind the reflector , Then pull the panel it's held with plastic pins , have fun .

Yep same thing happened to my old Buick, first the drivers door then the passenger door windows within a week of each other, both cable driven regulators failed. I replaced the entire units complete with new motors.
