My van has had a complete tune up, new fuel filter, water pump. While I'm driving it, it loses power and I'll be going 60 mph and it loses power and won't go past 5mph. I'll turn it off and start it again but ill have my pedal to the ground and it's like I'm not getting any gas. Or power

smell of the rubber. While at a light it jumps so to speak and my idling goes up to 2. I've put about 1500.00 in this
van in a months time and Mazda says its not reading out anything on the computer.please help me

Have your mechanic check it out for clogged catalytic converter or one or some of your brakes are dragging. Both of those will give you a smell.
