Dead battery 2018 honda crv

Same thing happened to me 2018 crv left car for 5 hours at football game had to jump start dealer said not to use radio when car is off everything was off listened to transistor radio when I sat in car

I have a 2019 Honda CVR with 13000 miles on it and had parked at an airport and when I returned my vehicle was completely dead. The day before the outside temperature was 65 and it went down to 14 on the day of my return. I called Honda Assistance. I asked for a jump. They said they had to tow it because it might be something else. They towed it to a dealership and I was told it wasn't my battery but that it was a software issue and they had to update my software. They did this and no problems so far. There were two other vehicles at the airport that had the same problem that I know of. One was a Honda Civic and the other an Acura (which Honda and Acura are really the same) so I guess time will tell if this was really what it was.

Thank you. 2018 Honda CRV dead battery. 2xs in three days. Roadside assistance jumped. Checked voltage across the battery when car running. 14.5 volts. So it’s not the charging system. A bad battery in a less then 3 year old vehicle??? To the dealer tomorrow. More to be revealed.
