My clutch is stuck on second gear how can I fix it?

You mean the trans is stuck in 2nd? Std shift, I take it? You'll have to pull the trans top plate to unstick it, but you also probably have some worn parts that if not replaced with allow it to happen again. If on the other hand, the clutch is not releasing, you have a bad pressure plate and the entire clutch will need replacing. Be sure to have the flywheel turned true again as well.
