were do i start to look for the problem. my battery is new my terminals are new

Check your starter remove and bring to auto parts store theyll test for free

You can test yourself honesty dont know how to google or youtube if you have multimeter and or batter cables itll show you


Try tapping on the starter with hammer and someone else trying to start the vehicle at the same time if vehicle starts replace starter.
