Mazda Tribute v6 4Wd vacuum hose where it connect down below is broken off ( it is made of rubber). Is it expensive to replace?

Not expensive, especially if your doing it yourself. If you go to your local auto parts store to match up the rubber hose that has the same diameter and length. Where is gets a little more pricey is if the hose has OEM quick connects on the ends. Then the hose might will be more.
