Condensation or you have a leak. Is the AC still cold?

Yes it's still cold but it just started doing it.

Also I just notice that when the ac is on it takes a long time for that to happen like one or two hours but if before it starts like maybe half hour running if I turn off the ac button wich turns off the compressor only then it does it right after with the fan still on but for only 30 seconds. Then only fan air comes out.

When my ac is on and I have a window cracked open mine does the same. Nothing to worry about just condensation. IMO anyways

If its condensation then why aren't my other cars doing too.
