Steam escaping from antifreeze reservoir, small leak bottom of resevoir

Why is overheating , gauge reads half way

Replace the reservoir. Check the coolant level and top off as needed. You may also need a cooling system service (belt, hoses, flush and new coolant). Also make sure the cooling fans are working.
