why is my overdrive light flashing

i have a 2004 mazda tribute and recently  replaced my ignition coils .  several days later
my overdrive light keeps flashing . i can't seem to turn it off . do i have a problem ?

Flashing O/D light means there is a fault code stored for the transmission Scan the SUV for the code and go from there.
