My 2006 Ford Expedition rear lift gate won't open or unlock but the window will open. I've tried leaning on it but nothing happens. Help... not a car gal :-(

My a/c heat rear distribution was making a clicking noise and not blowing out air in the front then after so long it finally stopped blowing in the back too. You can hear the air blowing but nothing is coming out. So removed it but now notice that the clicking noise has continued but not as loud as before, does this mean I also need to replace the temp blend door actuator? too, I'm not having problems with hot or cold.
