Have you had it scanned to see why the light is on?And yes i can tell you how to reset the light, but if something is wrong with a sensor or something else the light will come back on.

What is ecm? Please explain

Take key out of truck, remove battery cable for about ten minutes, then put key in igntion and turn key to the own position, then replace the battery cable, remeber do take key out then remove cable,if you dont, you will have antitheft problem,s.

ECM is the brain/computer in the truck, when your truck get,s a signal from the sensor,s that something is wrong the engine light will stay on ,telling you there is and problem.Could be bad sensor or may be something else, but if it comes back on after you do as i said up top, need to have it checked out.
