Need help with another car

I started hearing a low pitch wining noise coming
from my front end as I'm driving, as well as now
having vibrations coming from the motor and now
my fuel gauge on my dashboard is acting funny.
What is wrong with my car plz email me if anyone
knows .

I have heard the trannies make a low pitched whine when low on fluid or the pump is going out. Engine vibration could be a bad spark plug, when was its last good tune up? Fuel gauge could be a bad dash ground, a bad sending unit or a bad ground there also. Everything electronic needs good grounds and when you get a few years on a vehicle they start to go bad.
