car gets great heat at idle but soon as you drive its get cool. then when you stop it heats up again

You have air in the system.you need to bleed out the air.

anyway way it can back in after doing so this will be the 3rd time doing so. I had the heater air bleed open after replacing thermostat an all the water went out system would air h have gotten in that way
