Our 2000 lincoln Ls v6 just had the coils replaced because it was misfiring. and it ran good for a month and now its doing the same sputtering

Too many to list here..hundreds of things. It needs a diagnostic. I hate for this to become a generic answer, but it really applies to this, get your OBD codes scanned, they will do it free at a large parts house, then write down the codes and bring them back here or take a look at http://www.engine-light-help.com/lincoln-check-engine-light.html and there is a complete list of codes and what they mean

Did you change the spark plugs at the same time as the coils? Just a thought.

Yes we. ,changed plugs,wires, coils.
