Dead or weak battery?

NEW BATTERY ALSO JUMPED TO MAKE SURE IT WAS NOT THE BATTERY

It is probably a bad starter solenoid. Get a new starter.

NEW BATTERY, ALSO JUMPED TO MAKE SURE IT WAS NOT THE BATTERY

ALSO OBSERVED THAT THE LIGHTS ON THE HEATING AND COOLING BUTTONS WOULD BLINK YELLOW AND GREEN IN A SYSTMATIC ORDER
