2004 lincoln LS v6 no fuel

I have a 2004 lincoln LS v6 and I have no fuel
pressure and the pump is good the relays are all
good the PCM is good the fuses are good the REM
is good pressure sensor is good. When I turn the
key I get power for about half a second and then
nothing on any of the pins at the pump I need help.  
Does anybody have any ideas.

When you first turn on the key you should get power back there then it turns off if the engine isn't started, however if you only get a flash of power you need to check the activation circuit too and from the fuel pump circuits and relay. I have seen a relay test good but breakdown under load. You could bypass the relay just too see if the fuel pump works properly
