2005 Lincoln Aviator

I have 2 questions one when heated seats are on
and A/c there is a whinny sound. 2nd question a/c
charged but cools when driving but blows hot air
when setting still .

first,there's a little blower in the seat could try to lube it but a job to get at. Second,sounds like your a/c refrigerant is low.
