Death wobble

I have a 2018 F250 with about 30,000 miles.  
Factory everything is on it.  I do have a fuel tank in
the back which usually adds 500-800 lbs.  Two
weeks ago, driving at about 70-75, hit a bridge
expansion joint and couldn't hold on to the wheel.  I
hit the brakes and got it off to the right side of
road.  Crazy!  I've never had anything like that
happen before.

There are other threads here that deal with this issue. Do you have the death wobble when the tank is empty? There are multiple possible causes that range from worn tires, wrong air pressure or worn suspension. The weak factory track bar is one common cause. HD after market track bars can help. What does your dealer say?
