No it is not. Being a new car see if Lemon Laws apply, DMV.org or your state's AG website will have more info.

If it was never registered they can probably legally list it as new but they should be giving a hefty discount for the miles. They did disclose this so no harm, no foul.

The SUV was put into service about 7 months ago and I was informed that the warranty clock started ticking then.I have been watching this vehicle on Car Gurus and a salesperson from the dealership emailed me a few weeks back with the same screenshot as what's on This website showing new with 1 mile.

So what do you want? Someone in jail for disclosing what the status of the car is?

What? All I asked is if it was ethical to advertise on this website as new, email me that they are aware of me watching the SUV through this website. Then one of the salesman emails me with the same webpage as shown here and it stated 1mile! I promptly called to set up a meeting to purchase it and then I was told it was a courtesy car.Seems like bait and switch to me.Just wondering if anybody else has been through this.Jail????? UH-no!!!!!!!!!!
