Try replacing the starter relay.

Done checked it and switched it out and still not starting.

Make sure the ground wire is clean on both ends, check the battery cables. Is it the starter itself making the clicking sound?

Yes and in the fuse/relay box under the hood

Was the relay replaced? There sounds like a bad connection somewhere.

I know the answer to your problem it happened to me, I have a 1999 Kia sephia I figured it out, your problem is your ignition wiring coming out of the ignition switch, it's gone bad there is two remedies one is to replace that part with a new one or use a zip tie with the existing one, what you want to do is remove the one screw that holds it in place and zip tie all 6-7 wires tight to the steering wheel column as tight as you can get it and that will fix your problem for good.
