1999 ford taures se will crank no start,it has fire battery test good,has new fuel pump,and filter,pushed shrader valve in with srew driver,some times has good pressure other times not much gas comes out,and sometimes alot air comes out with the gas.should i change pressure reg,than see if has fuel leak in pump inside tank.it will start and ru some times drove it today about ten minutes than would not run a hour later please help lol

If you getting air in the pressure line, that is before the regulator so no need to replace that, I would look at the fuel pump, it is possible that the connector hose is cracked or the check valve inside the pump is going bad. If the fuel pump has never been changed this is a high probability. It might be cheaper to replace the entire assembly then to just buy the pump and strainer, price it both ways.

Oops didn't see than you already had replaced the fuel pump, still you should not see any air in the pressure line, make sure you have at least 1/4 tank of fuel before performing a fuel flow test for air, if you get a lot of air during the test then something is not right with the pump or connector lines.
