So i have a 2003 kia mpectra and every time i step on the ges my check engine light starts blinking also my car is always shaking really bad this just started yesterday

Should check to see if there are any codes stored in the computer, educated guess would be a vacuum leak. You could take some carb. cleaner and spray along the intake and throttle body base gasket, RPM's would pick up indicating a vacuum leak.
