what should read the automatic transm. dipstick after changing the oil

there is a mark which says 25 degrees, and another one higher on the stick that says 60 degrees

The lower one is engine cold the other is engine at normal operating temps. So is the engine cold or at operational temps and that reading is in C degrees.
