Blowing a fuse when you try and start the car

Kia Spectra 2004 for sale, replaced computer,  but
when turning ignition switch on, it’s burning the
computer fuse

Sounds like a wire is connected wrong or wires were pulled/scuffed and is touching metal or another wire.
