A/C NOT WORKING WHEN THE CAR IS PARKED

Hello! The AC/heat dont work when my car is parked but
work when the car is running, we replace the temp control
blower but nothing! I tried to refill the frion but nothing isk
what to do now!

What do you mean by not working? The blower motor stops or the air is no longer cool?

When the car is parked no air coming out but when I move cold air start blowing if I stop at red light air stop blowing

Maybe the cooling fans at the radiator are not working.
