I'm working on a 2005 Kia Sportage, no start condition.

Asked by Sep 03, 2016 at 07:14 PM about the 2005 Kia Sportage LX

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

All lights, radio, windows etc work fine. The headlights do not come on and
the car does not try to turn over. There is a very faint clicking when the key is
turned similar to what you would expect from the solenoid. Battery and
alternator are good. The car starts right up with a jump start and runs fine.
Turn it off and it won't start again unless you jump it.
