Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Part 1 - Heat Issue |  my heat always used to be hot when I bought my car
brand new in 04 but this year is the coldest and it barley works it will be hot
for a little bit and go straight to cold like the MAX AC I let it get up to
operating temperature and the upper hoses were hot the one connecting to
the radiator the lower that's connecting to the bottom was COLD. I touched
the line with H cap on it and it got hot after about 5-6 Minutes it got cold the
2 hoses  connecting to firewall 1 was hot but ended up getting cold

Part 2 - Running Rough | My car is running a bit rough I will be in drive-thru
and my car seems like it wont to turn off and stall when I'm driving it vibrates
a lot, I don't understand but when I turn my headlights on or AC the car will
idle down I don't know if it's the Idle Air Control Valve,  Any Suggestions?
