LX 2005 electrical issue when cold

Hi, thanks for taking a moment. When the car is cold there is no electricity
for; dashlight, doorlock, ''intermitent'' wiper, rear defrost.
That is all i could see but i expect to be more i don't know.
Fuse box under dash has no power for described system's.
When it's hot everything work just great. I'm no mechanics but the question
is
?Somewhere between the battery and the fuse box there is something i
don't know that's causing the issue?
