I agree with Tom. Check battery voltage and connections. They should all be clean and tight.

I have already checked the battery boys and I also boosted a truck while my van wasn't even turned on. I have done a sensor check on everything, so what I need to know is how do I remove the starter?

okay, you may have to turn the steering wheel all the way to one side to be able to pluck it out of there~

probably (3) 14mm bolts...use a ten inch extention and a swivel 1/2 drive (if I were to tool up for the job)...of course first disconnecting the battery, then the positive lug and the starter solenoid wire~ undo the bolts and try to make way for it's extraction...if we're lucky, will just fall down.~
