1990 Jeep Wrangler Sahara

Asked by Scott Sep 20, 2016 at 05:15 PM about the 1990 Jeep Wrangler Sahara

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When the 4.0l 6 cycl engine temp goes over 210 and I am in city traffic the engine will sputter and stall.  On some sites I have seen it recommended to replace the ignition coil.  When the engine is below 210 the jeep runs great and will idle smooth.  any suggestions?
