When you push the clutch to the floor, do you feel any resistance?

It's possible you need a new clutch cable.

  • 1994 ford ranger, was in 4 wheel drive, suddenly front wheels disengaged. Not fuses, replaced dash switch, problem is electrical. Stumped!!! 1 answer

    Truck was in 4 wheel drive then front wheels disengaged. Not fuses, dashboard switch replaced, still no go. Have checked front hubs, they're fine. Transfer case does not engage.
