Found oily coolant in resevoir..

My jeep cherokee xj 1995 has been running great,,156,000 miles..but now i see oily water in coolant resevoir,,does that mean head gasket is blown..?????

It is very possible. I would almost bet on it. Can do an exhaust gas test on coolant to verify for sure. What's your oil look like? A milkshake? If so head gasket issue.

The overflow is dark water with the oily slick look.
