Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi I just got this Jeep a little over a month ago and it has been giving me
issue since day one. So i had a an issue with the raditor where i put in stop
leak and anti freeze in it. The next day i now have a large amount out white
smoke and what looks like water coming out of the tailpipe. I know a bit
about cars and know this could be an indication of a blown head gasket. I need
some clarification please.

Yep, white smoke is coolant. Never put stop leak in a newer vehicles, the cooling ports are much smaller in the engines and are easily plugged with that stuff, it will also totally plugs heater cores. If your still wondering then a block check will tell the tale.
