Could be a fuse, wiring issue or a bad turn signal switch.

Have you done any preliminary checks, like lamps, power, grounds?

It's the right lights that are not working, the rear right flash faster, front one don't at all

Start with the one that does work, turn on the right turn signals then check for a flashing light on one wire and for a ground to the socket, then check the other wire for steady power when you turn on the park lights, if you have those powers and grounds you either have a bad bulb or the socket is defective.
