Check your fuses under the hood to see if any are blown.

It will be a fuse. You can pull them out one at a time and see if the metal is separated inside.

Number 30 in the fuse panel is for the wipers and its a little silver box that is hard to get to

Ok it is a circuit breaker then. These reset themselves unlike a fuse. It is hard to test these without an ohm meter. Is there another one like it in the fuse box?
