into my mustang. What else is need to finish
there are plenty of articles online for a V8 swap in a Mustang. Besides what you listed, you will need the PCM. Also I'm not sure if the driveshaft will be the right length after the swap. You probably want to upgrade the brakes and rear axle/differential too. I would say it would be cheaper to buy a V8 Mustang unless your getting your parts and labor on the cheap.
heard that one plus you are going back wards with pcm's 99 is gen two 90 gen one not knowing your states rules some states will not allow you to go up in size in motors plus most likely you will need to change out the fuel pump to a 90 due to conflicks with the computer systems better off just selling it and buying one with a v8 you are all most playing frankenstein with pcm,s and what not
