My truck won't start. The battery seems ok but the engine makes a ticking noise when I try to start it. Do you think it's my starter?

I have cleaned the battery connections.  All my lights seem fine but she won't start.  It was starting very slow before.

It sounds like your starter motor has gone bad! Allot of times they will show the same signs as a bad battery before they fail.
